USES:
Important
instructions to use 
(1) Water
proofing of old surfaces:
a) Clean the surface from oil, dust, fungus, grass roots, rust
& loose material by wire brush.
b) Fill up big gaps and cracks of surface with mixture of cement
& 10%
in water and cure it with water after drying.
c) Wash the surface with SAC or clean water by cloth or sponge.
d) Stir well & mix one part of WPC99 with one part of clean
water.
e) Apply the solution by painting brush or roller on the clean
washed surface.
f ) After 40 minutes of 1st coat apply 2nd coat of
If required give 3rd coat after another 40 minutes.
g) After application as above,
dries with in 10 minutes on the applied surface and with in 6 to 8 hours
the surface becomes fully water proof and usable.
h) Don't keep container open replace the cap. Wash brush immediately
after use.
Note: Coverage on well finished surfaces about 80 to 100 sq. ft. per kg.
2) Use of
at the time of construction:
a) When used as an admixture with cement concrete mortar it
works three ways, as an emulsifier, harder and finishing agent.
b) For more strength, less labour, and better finish, it is
recommended in m-150 cement concrete mixture@ 100 to 200gms. per bag of
cement.
c) At the time of plaster to improve workability, strength &
finish, it is recommended @500gms. per kg. of cement.
d) Always use
in the recommended percentage after diluting with water.
e) When used with cement water curing is must for at least 3 days.
3) Use of
in water base paints:
It can be used enhance life brightness of any water base paint or cement
paint.
a) 20%
for exterior ( 4kg. in 20ltr. of any water base paint)
b) 10%
for interior ( 2kg. in 20ltr. of any water base paint)
c) 02%
for cement paint ( 200gms per kg. of cement paint)
Precautions: If splashes on body, wash with soap and excess of water
immediately.
